I would say it’s not that serious. But, it is serious when there are few other options. There are pretty good local bagel shops we should be partnering with here. Bagels are store purchased and not fresh. There are some better options for sandwiches in the area as well.

Avoid this place. If I’ve been here 5 times, always hoping for a better experience. But it’s always a lousy experience. The food is decent, but regardless of how busy the place is, you can expect to wait 30-40 minutes for your order. That is unacceptable for a “deli”. There are some nice employees, but MOST of the employees are extremely rude and completely unprofessional. It really is a shame, beucase Nashville is seriously lacking in the Deli department, and this place is so damn bad. They don’t even make their own bagels. It’s on the other side of town, but if you’re looking for a real deli, I suggest checking out the 51st street Deli. It’s a muuuuuch better experience, and the food is great. (Also, I almost couldn’t believe my eyes when I ordered an Italian sub from Tower, and it came on sliced white bread… that is not an Italian sub lol)

Great local deli/sandwich shop. Family owned and a neighborhood institution. They get busy and it sometimes takes 20-30 mins to get food, but it’s because they’re making everything to order. Super nice people too!

I love the food but don't come during lunch rush (which really wasn't THAT many people) unless you want to wait over 40 min for a sandwich that is lukewarm when it is supposed to be hot
