The place I wanted to go to was closed so I decided to check out this place since it was open and next door. When I went in it was only two other people in there, which is to be expected during the time of day I went. The bring you out A piece of bread with marinara sauce on the side the bread was seasoned good, but it was burnt around the edges. (Not a big deal) I ordered the 3 pasta sampler. When I received my food the presentation was great. I took my first bite it was ice cold (frozen like) in the middle. I’ve been moved onto the lasagna thinking it was a fluke. The ricotta cheese was I cold. I told the waitress and demonstrated with my fork the frozen pasta and let her feel the ice cold ricotta cheese. She then sent out another young lady in which I explained the situation. She proceeded to tell me “ it can’t be frozen we make everything fresh nothing is frozen. She proceeds to say the ricotta cheese is naturally cold, and then asked if I would like her to remake it. Being that I love pastas, I know that nothing in Lasagna, manicotti or oven pasta period should ever be cold. I was all good with the remake mistakes happen. However, while waiting for my remake of my food I had a visitor on my table. It was a roach. It was at that point I canceled my order and left. The best thing about this place is the staff. Customer service was great. Sorry to say that was my first and last time here. I’ll stick to my original spot Joe’s Pizza right up the street. Thanks but no thanks.

First time trying Toscanas for date night! The atmosphere was nice, with a bar area for drinks. The service was great, our waitress Bianca was kind. I got the Chicken Alfredo pasta, it was creamy and delicious. My husband got the Chicken Parmigiana. I could not stop trying his, because the cheese was heaven. I’m definitely going back next time im in Euless.
