Tortas Ahogadas La Guera

Family owned business with great food. I've had their torta ahogada before, definitely for fans of flavorful spice. Just recently got a carnitas burrito and it was really good. The red salsa goes really well with it. Lots of menu options. Recommend this place

Food is good, tacos are good but you have to eat them right away because they will get soggy. I think it’s overpriced, two tortas and three tacos for fifty bucks is a bit much. Other than that, service is great.

This place is ok but very skimpy. I got a torta and paid for extra meat. And still my torta was very poor in meat. Thou they break the meat in strands to make it seem more. What is a torta if the meat is not good or even enough! Also got tacos con carne. Same. Very lil meat was served.

Fui por las tortas ahogadas, lo siento no están buenas, las carnitas no tienen sabor, sabe a carne hervida, el pan es un pedazo de baguette tostado y muy duro, no le ponen frijoles, las salsas igual no tienen sabor!! Page $12 por cada torta. Y tuve malestar estomacal. No regreso a este lugar lo siento.

The torta ahogada was to poor with Carnitas, the pictures shows a very well torta con Carnitas, the bread is to hard to eat and they add to much salsa and they torta became to saggy to eat.

El pan no es bueno para tortas!! Mucho menos ahogadas!! ,no, no, no , regreso!! para mi no vale la pena para quien no sabe cocinar tal vez ,Yo las hago mejor! y el pan es un secreto pero este pan definitivamente NO ESTA BUENO

Estan bien ! Nomas asi bien les falta ese toque doradito del birote! Mi torta la tube que comer con cuchara por que el pan se desase para mi gusto un poquito caro!
