Torino Restaurant and Bar

Our favorite place to go when we're in Hyannis! We love to sit at the beautiful bar while enjoying drinks and fabulous food. Lots of indoor/outdoor seating. Has bands at times. Bartenders are super nice! We've been going for so long we remember when the bull wasn't on the roof.

Food was okay at best. I got the bologenese and it was pretty tasteless, and despite claiming 3 meats there was almost none in it. The fries were severely overcooked, borderline burnt. Only passable thing was the garlic bread. We sat at the bar and ordered takeout and it took almost 5 minutes to even get a menu despite there only being about 3 other people there. Bartender was more focused on drinking behind the bar and chatting up a clearly overserved woman. Don't even go in to the prices. The fact it was 14 bucks for a shot of bar vodka? $30 for the bolognese and it was about 4 bites? I've spent $100 at a lot of places and been disappointed, but this is the one I'm actually upset about. Parking: Not a ton of spots right outside, but easy enough to find a spot and walk a block or two Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access with tables outside, didn't go inside.

On a fine Friday night on 09/09/2023 I had an experience where one of the bartenders (a female) showed me a middle finger because I asked her a simple question “Hey what time do you guys close?” The only reason I could think of why this might have happened (even after tipping her for the first and second round of drink) is because of my skin color!! I am brown person and was the only brown person in the whole room(based on what I could see). I dont know what else could have triggered this kind of pathetic and confine situation at this place. So my experience is if you are a person of color, they aint treating you the same way! 8 years of my stay in Massachusetts, first time a bartender has been this rude to me at this very place! I feel absolutely pathetic after visiting this place

Food & drinks come in a timely manner but I’m disappointed what can I say just a bunch of creeps will approach your female party lack of respect towards adults not family friendly so don’t bring children. Will give it another chance but the wife refuses to go back but If you do choose to dine please be aware of your loved ones may be taking advantage of. Takeout would be your best option.

We came in for a late afternoon snack and we’re pretty shocked to be served water and beer in plastic glasses. Service was prompt. Soup was tasty
