Food was pretty good! Would go back if in the area and in the mood for more Mexican.

I rarely leave reviews, but our recent takeout experience was so disappointing that I feel compelled to share. We ordered a birria tacos plate that was supposed to come with a small bowl of soup for dipping. Instead, the soup was packed in a tiny salsa container, insufficient for even one taco and impossible to dip into. The soup's consistency was also incorrect, being thick and not at all what I've come to expect from the numerous times I've enjoyed this dish elsewhere. When I reached out to the manager, Gil, hoping for a resolution, I was simply told I could drive back for the correct soup portion. Considering the inconvenience, I requested a refund and returned the food, by which time my interest in the meal had completely dissipated. Gil's response to the situation was lackluster; he refused to refund the meal to the credit card we used, opting instead to give me cash from the register, and even then, shortchanged me. This experience has left a sour taste, not just from the meal that wasn't up to par, but from the inadequate response to a genuine customer service issue.

Opting for a refund, I returned, only to encounter further indifference. Despite providing the original payment card for a straightforward refund, Gil dismissed this request, opting to refund me in cash - inexplicably shorting me on the change. This experience not only marred our meal but also reflected poorly on the restaurant's commitment to customer satisfaction and managerial competence.

This is our regular place to go. I love several of their menu items, and the service is always great!!!

The steak, chicken were both tuff and tasteless.

Reliable and food is consistent, service can help spotty some nights but the staff is always friendly.
