Topper's Pizza - Wellington St

Thai chili pizza is the best pizza on the menu! They are un rivaled at this location and are an incredible team of people. I with all your locations are run this well!

Just go to Burlington, it has been a year since my grievances with this place (see below paragraphs) so I tried them again to see if anything changed. NOT impressed, this is so sad that its the only toppers in Hamilton because garlic butter crust used to be so good. but when its stale its not worth it. going to Burlington and coming back would give you fresher product (that's a 30min drive btw both ways) This location has STILL not apologized for their treatment of my food or me as a customer. I gave this location quite a few chances, it seems toppers doesn't care about customer satisfaction only to bait you in for more money. Do not order from this location if you want assuring that your food will be 1, not burnt or 2 guaranteed to be made right. This location burned my food so I complained. The shift manager said that I was right explained the situation and offered me a credit to my next order. Sounds good right? Wrong. No credit was applied I visited twice after that told no credit was applied to my number and each time I had to pay in full again. Although the quality improved. I never was satisfied to my guarantee or credit. They used the credit to squeeze as much money out of me before I stopped coming. I suggest staying away from this toppers. I'm done and so should you be customers deserve at least a quality guarantee especially for a location with only takeout.

Burnt and hardly any topping not worth it

As a past Toppers pizza fan in Burlington I recommended we order Toppers pizza via Uber in Hamilton and was shocked at the pie that we received. First ever unsliced !!!! We had to do it with a knife and made a mess of things. It was also cold and the sauce was tart and also one of our items was missing. I apologized for my own recommendation as this was not what I expected from past experience. Sorry to say it but it’s the truth We did not get what we paid for and did not enjoy it as much as we could have

We decided to try toppers since it’s just down the street from us and we are in love with their sauce! The people that served the counter and kitchen are really personable especially the male at the cash! I think we found our new spot :) Parking: We parked across the street and walked over.
