Toppers Pizza

PROS: Average quality delivery pizza at a competitive price. CONS: Delivery service is inconsistent at best: Late delivery of cold pizza and wrong orders occur more than they should. Phoning in a complaint is usually an exercise in frustration as you get passed from one person with poor communication skills to another. Often they won’t deliver, and you have to drive to their site to pick up your order, which kind of defeats the purpose of our ordering from them… BOTTOM LINE: We have given the Madison East Toppers a lot of business over the years, but have noticed a definite decline in their service (delivery, getting orders right, customer service if there is a problem), and we’ve had enough. Due to inconsistent delivery and poor customer service we can’t recommend them. Their pizza isn’t good enough to make up for their service issues.

I placed the order with Guy and he took down my order. Five minutes later I was called back to say that they don’t have any drivers to deliver.

Extremely fast service, the girl who helped us was so kind and so so helpful. She had a great personality! And how can you beat 2 large 2 topping pizzas with an order of topper Stix for $24.99 that's winning right there!

Melodie provided outstanding service and the topperstix had properly baked or cooked bacon on em nice and crisp!

Always on time always good food, very reasonably priced and it's one of the only restaurants that somewhat cater to 3rd shift people! Plus there always really clean!

Toppers is hands-down my favorite pizza place in Madison. Great food, lots of options, and fast service.

I love the restaurant food great quality and everything Parking: Parking is no problem. You can come in and out.

We've had toppers before and just loved it. Unfortunately, it was too late for them to deliver. And we could not pick up pizza. I would recommend toppers to anybody, it's so good.

Delivery person left my pizza outside in the cold in front of my building and didn’t notify me that it had arrived. When I called to check on the order, the rep said that it was still out for delivery. I checked myself to see if it had been dropped off, and my pizza was cold and hard after sitting outside for 25 minutes. I’m lucky someone else didn’t take it. Terrible service
