Topgolf

Had only one server on a busy Saturday night. We had to get up and get our own napkins , go to bar for refill on our drinks. Spoke with management and all they said was they only had 1 server working. They are sorry. Then our bay was not ready at our reserved time. Then while we were playing server while we were playing came and stood on playing area wasting our play time aboit tab and we went weren't finished so we lost time cause he was talking to the player instead of waiting until her turn was over. This was my first time coming to here and it was not a very pleasant experience. First expression is a lasting expression! I hope that it's just a mishap and not their normal.

I had a good time until the end. The ball tracking was okay, but when I received the bill, it was a little higher than I had anticipated. I paid it, but I asked for the receipt to make sure everything was correct. A little later, about 15 feet away from me, I could hear the waiter talking to his manager and saying negative things about me for questioning the bill. I don't understand why they felt the need to talk badly about me behind my back when all I did was ask to see the receipt. It was poor service. Before this incident, I had no problems with the place, and I have always enjoyed going to Top Golf. This experience was an exception.

I've been coming here since the place opened, and the ball tracking system has steadily declined. I've been on four different leagues here (where the score counts), and the staff give us a hard time if they catch us editing the balls. If you don't want people editing the balls, then fix the system!! I'm not paying to be on a league if the system is broken. Obviously, your ball checker is broken(see photo). Not to mention, when you have to edit 75% of the balls you hit (not joking), it takes away from the experience, and the fun is lost. It becomes frustrating and disappointing. Imagine going to a bowling alley and having to reset the pins every other bowl! The bench cushions in the bays are usually gross and have spots/stains on them. Someone needs to step up and manage this place properly. If you need a good tech person to fix your ball tracking, let me know.

Have been here a handful of times over the last few years. Every time the staff has been friendly, food is enjoyable and atmosphere is fun and clean. I really like the Topgolf app as well, helps give an idea of when they are typically busy and how busy they are in live time. Overall usually have a great time in a great place, I always look forward to our Topgolf visit!

We’ve been several times, but after this visit I’m not sure we’ll be back anytime soon. The monitor in our bay that faces the golfer was not operational for the first half of our visit. When we realized that it wasnt everyone’s but just ours that wasn’t working we asked to have it fixed. Given that it is a time limited visit, we really felt like this should have been resolved quicker. We had to ask twice about it. I think when you reserve a bay in advance and spend the kind of money like we did, you expect everything to be operational. Not only was our monitor not working, but the sensor for our balls was not either. Countless times we would hit a target and the sensor would not give us points. We were advised on how to manually adjust the scoring. This was extremely frustrating and undermines the point of going to place like Topgolf — especially if you care about scoring and improving your swing. We definitely did not get our moneys worth this time.

We always had a brilliant time at Top golf and this time was no different. We went on a weekend, so we reserved a bay ahead of time. It was promptly assigned to us at the scheduled time. The only issue was that our scores weren't getting detected even when the ball landed on one of the coloured areas and we had to keep editing our scores manually which was not a great experience. We just had lunch before coming here so didn't try the food!

Staff here are rude - will never be back
