Topgolf

Visited for my birthday on 4/28, had the absolute worst service for bayhost Katie in bay 202. She declined our chance to renew our time, without asking. Yelled at a minor over a $4.59 drink. Claimed it was because she didn’t get a break. As a former employee, who helped open Topgolf Jax, the quality of service has declined significantly! The management didn’t offer us any compensation after being talked to and treated as toddlers for an hour and a half. I am super disappointed in this service and sad to say I celebrated my birthday there. This will forever be a memory embedded in my mind concerning my 27th birthday. I mean seriously her behavior was that disgusting. Think twice before visiting!

I sat at a table with my 2 kids at 6:20. I waited till 6:50 with nobody to come take our order. So after 30 minutes of waiting, I went to ask the front desk if there was anything I needed to do. He said I just had to sit down. I let him know I had already have been waiting for 30 minutes. He wanted to help, but I'm not wasting anymore time there.

Threw my son's birthday party here today. Everything was awesome. Nate was attentive and detailed.
