Horrible experience for our sons 16th birthday and the manager named Nobody was a joke! Yes, I will give more detail. The manager named Nobody Jones...was extremely rude to our party. We had 5 golfers for the day and we had 4 spectators having to sit not playing golf. I booked this event a week ago to assure that we had a bin for our party of 9 coming from Abilene TX for the day. When we arrived Nobody the manager immediately came to our table and said one of you has to leave now. Okay...first off we were very confused and how rude she came across to our table was beyond me and my party. She informed me we had 1 to many people in our group and we need to have one person out of the bay area. Okay...I get it we all have policies since I own a company myself but was completely confused on how it all transpired with the lack of professionalism representing your company. We have underage children with us that were 16 years old told to us that 1 needs to go and sit at the bar for safety issues...uhm what ha, ha a bar!! What a joke is what we all were thinking and a horrible experience for our party that drove from Abilene TX. Also, the chicken strips were beyond over cooked to the point you could not even chew them..yuck. When we told our waitress she said oh that's the way they come. WOW...JUST WOW. We will never come back to this one location and disappoints me because it is closest to Abilene but it seems to be running with a circus act staff for sure. Just a great disappointment because a big event for our son was not shared by all involved because we had to sit in the bar with an under age kid...per you wonderful managers guidance.

Service sucked like really bad. I’ve worked in food service for a long time and honestly this is the worst service I have ever had or seen. Management is trash and the servers really suck at their job. I will never come back.

If I could give 0 I absolutely would. Its very seldom that I leave a review and even more seldom that I am bothered by anything but my service tonight was absolutely awful. Our server, Brenda, was literally the absolute worst there could have possibly been. Bad attitude check, zero attentiveness check. We were seated for a while before we got greeted which is fine were service industry we understand which is why were very lenient and it takes a whole lot to get frustrated with wait staff however like i said this one takes the cake. So to start she took a while to greet us, once she did it took even longer to receive our drinks two of which were alcoholic while we were seated right next to the bar then the other two were waters which she begins to place blame on the drink runner, which keep in mind we saw the same runners at our table more times than we saw her. When she delivers our (alcoholic) drinks we tell her we had a 100 dollar gift card and she tells us how it can be redeemed towards the end. Me and my family play few rounds and we dont see her were having a good time so we just keep playing then were like we wanna order so more time comes around shes no where to be found. We finally see her we place our order we still hadnt gotten our waters or our sons dr pepper after having reminded her. Once it gets closer towards are end time 15 mins exactly our server comes to tell us we need to move downstairs if were going to eat because theres no way were going to be done eating and golfing in that time. I get it, we had to either purchase more time or move but she said it as if we had no choice but to move and she wanted us to leave, it was her attitude in which she said it. Then to top it off when we asked for our check she didnt even try to get our gift card we had she charged us the whole amount on our card then made it seem like it was a problem to fix her mistake. Everything we asked for made us seem like we were asking for too much and she had a problem doing anything for us. 0 out of 10. Terrible service .
