Love Top Golf. What a great experience. Golfers of all levels will enjoy it as well as newbies and people who think they won't like it. Think 21st century bowling alley type fun !! I cannot wait to return for my 4th time. Great to actually practice. ⛳️ ️‍♀️ ️‍♂️ UPDATE: Have returned twice since the visit for which I left the initial review. Cannot say enough positive things about this venue. Cold weather has messed up my practice and playing golf. Came to Top Golf on half price Tuesday after work and hit about 100 balls practicing, had dinner and a nice cold beer. Can't ask for anything better than that ! I enjoyed Top Golf! My friend was having a birthday so I decided to treat her. I reserved a bay for us for 2 hours. We stayed and played. We also ordered food. I ordered the fried chicken sandwich with fries. It was good but I wish the chicken sandwich was more flavorful. The fries were soft and yummy.

Horrible service

So we had a reservation for 6 people. We arrived at 1:40, they called and asked if we still were showing up,(the reservation was for 1:45. So of course yes, we do. We get out to the bay and the reservation was for 6. There were 3 chairs at the table. We ask for3 more they said we’ll see what we can do. They bring us another chair finally at 2. Still no server. No food. Our server and their boss and the server served the table next to us who showed up at 215. It’s 300 and we have not been served yet. This is terrible and all of the times I have been here w my company and family, I have never been ignored or brushed off like today. Our server was doing his best, but his boss came and asked what the issue was when the group next to is complained, and did nothing about it and the other table still got 6 chairs and their food before the time ended. Our food arrived at 4. The reservation ended at 4:45. All around NOT impressed w their customer service. Usually a great place for family n friends, today was an off day I guess.

Had a visit 2/26/24 bought my family for first time and was horrible experience. The server we had was CHEY. She forgot about us ALL night but laughed and joked with nearby tables … the wrong plate came out multiple times and with no sympathy or apology to our wait time. When asked for manager , the venue manager labeled at the time of this visit at 7pm was VERY NASTY. Didn’t apologize nor did she take accountability for her workers lack of service . Instead gave Us Attitde because we waited over 30 addl minutes for to go drinks .. I will never return to this location even if it was last place to go. VERY RACIST and I won’t label it as anything else , nobody was friendly to us or our kids in need of assistance.
