Service was terrible. Our waiter gave us an attitude. Food came out cold. The workers seem miserable and it happens every time we come here

I’ve been to this location 3 times and have consistently had poor service each time. The golf part is great, no problems other than the learning curve figuring out how to turn the heat back on when it shuts off. However every visit so far we’ve had very slow and poor service. Tonight we had to ask for a beer 3 times, which never came. Every soda and water we received came with no ice. After asking for a cup of ice every time we saw our waitress we gave up. My kids said the water tasted like pool water and our iced tea was warm. The food took so long that we were rushing to finish it after our bay reservation ended. Another group showed up while we were still eating so we did our best to quickly pack up leftovers and get out of their way. Ultimately we’ll likely be back because the games are so much fun and kids had a blast. However we will not be eating meals here anymore and will likely limit our drinks to avoid the frustration. Really hope management can turn things around!

I saw a number of reviews about poor service, but personally we had great and speedy service. We booked a “party” consisting of two bays for two hours of play time. Food service was fast and overall tasted pretty good, just a little overpriced (but as you’d expect).

Fun place to hang out and hit some balls. Best chicken fingers and fries. Wish they had some non-sweet cocktails.

Was told it was a 15 to 30 min wait never recieved a message for our bay the food took more than a hour long it we waited so long we ate our food and left and still never recieved a message for our bay please if ur interested in top gold go to the one in Philadelphia way better experience

My son LOVES this place!

This place is a lot of fun! Very up to date, and uses modern tracking technology on a screen to show where your ball was hit. Perfect for a small or large family!

Very busy and handled well. The guy and his family in the lane next to us were some of the best people I’ve ever met.
