We were a walk in so our wait was about 30 minutes and we were assigned to 212. First we had a sign in issue an had an issue that we couldn’t fix and it took almost 5 minutes waiting for someone to come help is fix it. After a few rounds our golf ball dispenser wasn’t dispensing the ball at all so it once again took about another 5 minutes to someone to help us fix it. After another few game the ball wouldn’t sit on the tee so we just put it on the turf and continued golfing until we see someone walk by. Over all the worker should just be in visual distance in case there’s an issue but maybe they are short staffed. We still had a nice time and the good was good enough.

My parents and brother had never been to top golf; my husband decided to surprise me with going to top golf with my family for my birthday. I could not be more grateful- the waiters were very attentive and everything was set up perfectly! We had a blast making fun of each other since none of us are golfers by a long shot (Ha-ha) 😅 It’s the middle of July and it’s hot as hell in Texas but between the range, drinks, and the food we had a great time sweating together! P.s. Ask the waiter at the end if they would mind taking a picture of your group, they usually will 😇

Top golf is fun if you have the patience. There’s always a long wait, you have to pay to reserve a spot which seems a little money hungry. Overall it was an okay experience minus a few things, but one thing I’m super upset about is the customer service after we were there. I accidentally left my Stanley Tumbler (Hunter Green) on the table and called the place like 30 mins after our party left. IT WAS GONE! Sad that someone stole it so quickly and it had to of been the staff cleaning or something because it was done so quickly. Sad that people/employees can’t turn stuff in when stuff isn’t theirs. I also called the first time they took my number/info etc. I then called this morning and they said that there’s was no information taken from me!! On top of that you can never get through to the actual location, it’s just a call line. Very frustrating overall.
