I am amazed by this place. I hosted a work event there last night in the gorgeous back room they have there. My co-workers were raving about this place all night! The manager, Genevieve and owner, Chad were super accommodating and guided us towards setting up a table-sized charcuterie in the center of the room that they simply call, "THE BOARD" -- as it's presentation speaks for itself. High quality meats, cheeses, compotes, nuts & fresh fruits were a crowd pleaser for sure. I saw people taking selfies with "THE BOARD." lol. The service was great. The wines were offered to us at a great price and we were given beautiful options to choose from. I will be having all of my events here whenever I can.

A wine list that you'd never expect in Astoria, full of gems and great deals and rare finds. A fantastic selection of Amaros and Sherries and other hard to find delicious drinks. We only had one cocktail but we're coming back for more because it was delicious. If you're looking for a smart and adventurous night out drinking, you cannot do better.

This place is always an incredible experience. Food, wine selection, and staff are incredible. Chad, the owner, is one of the most knowledgeable wine connoisseurs I’ve ever met.

Perfect for date night. It was our first time here and we loved it. We attended a wine-pairing dinner with wines from a special region from the north of Italy. However I can see us coming back for a laid back night. You can order from a thoughtfully curated wine list while enjoying a nice dinner in a warm and inviting place.

This was our first time here but it certainly won't be the last. From the moment we arrived, the hostess was welcoming and very friendly. Our server, Tony was exceptional. He made excellent suggestions, was laid back but very attentive. We had the Valentines wine flight special, their delicious handcut fries and wings. We can't wait to go back and try the additional menu items!

Really nice Thursday evening dinner with friends - great wine and food

If we could give this restaurant less than 1 star, we would and we’re very confused with all the good reviews. My boyfriend and I came here for Valentine’s Day dinner and were served abysmal food and waited over 1.5 hours for that abysmal food to come out. We noticed all of the tables in the restaurant weren’t getting their food and after about 45mins we started to grow impatient and asked when we would be getting our food. The waiter was nice and we felt bad for him because it wasn’t his fault, and he insisted the food was coming. The woman who seemed to be the manager came out to all of the tables in our area and started offering free drinks and food for the wait. Our appetizer, the burrata, looked like a child had made it, cold butternut squash soup “sauce” that looked and tasted like grocery store soup, 6 cubes of raw beets and some barely grilled zucchini. My boyfriend ordered the Poulet au Mais which looked like a grilled chicken breast from Chick-fil-a with a side of baby vomit and my shrimp dish looked like it was from Buffalo Wild Wings. We didn’t even touch the main courses and asked to pay for the appetizers and leave. The waiter came back and profusely apologized and told us he spoke to his manager and that the whole meal was on the house. We told him we would at least pay for the appetizers and drinks but he insisted it was on the house, so we tipped the waiter and left. The fact that the manager had her waiter go out and apologize for her terrible restaurant and make him do her dirty work was so unprofessional and inexcusable.
