I am from South Carolina, and I was in Georgia getting my truck serviced. Us South Carolinians love some good bbq. I went out looking for food. So I Google food near me and, this place popped up. That food was so good I would come back to Georgia just to go to this place. The guy that worked there was nice and friendly. The food was off the chain. ❤️

I was skeptical about this place at first because of how it looks on the inside and out but the food is GOOD it’ll give you what you’re looking for in that moment fasho !!!!!!!

Spoke with the owner and I must say I would never visit this place his attitude alone told me all I needed to know. He’s not an easy person to deal with and probably to work for. He want something for nothing! And I pity his employees if he has any. He has the wrong disposition to be dealing with the public. And the place look like it got stuck back in time. Rustic my behind that’s a shack!

Haven't been to this place in years because my first experience wasn't great I experienced a long wait time for mediocre BBQ Last week I was driving by and decided to stop in there was a couple sitting and waiting and were less than enthused about there correct wait time They asked me was the food worth wait I said I wasn't sure as to not be negative I waited about five minutes and a rude big guy pops in behind the counter he didn't address me at all However before he disappeared back into the kitchen area I asked about the wait time He shrugged and said maybe 15 minutes not for a chicken sandwich lol no sir then I asked would it be pulled chicken He got irritated and said he don't sell pulled chicken and kept waking That was my second and last time there I want good customer service with my food and I want fresh food I'm a keep driving way over to Gresham Rd for my BBQ can't treat folk bad it's but good for business

This is hands down one of those hidden gems you are lucky to stumble upon. Chicken was juicy and fall of the bone tender. The bake beans taste like momma’s . The peach cobbler wasn’t overly sweet. I could not recommend this place enough. It is a little pricey $80.00 for two huge dinners plus tip but worth every penny
