Tony's Golden House Chinese Take-Out Restaurant

Very nice people but food is expensive and taste dry. Place could use renovation!

The people here went out of their way to be helpful snd friendly, and double checked the order for accuracy. The food was also really good and super fresh. I definitely recommend this place and will be coming back again!

Super expensive.

I’ve been craving Chinese, but wasn’t sure what the best local spot in the area was. Despite some of the lower reviews, I decided to try Golden House because of their lunch specials. A choice of soup and an entree for only $8.50?! Yes, please! For a weekday lunch, my pickup order took a little less than 15 minutes. Not bad, overall. My food was piping hot and the portion sizes were huge—easily enough for some leftovers! The woman at the counter was incredibly friendly and my Chicken and Broccoli tasted great! They also seem to have a lot of varying options in terms of spice and any dietary needs. Like most of the places in Putnam Lake, the parking on Haviland Road isn’t ideal. The restaurant has a small parking lot, but parking can be a bit limited. And I will say, while the restaurant appeared clean, the door leading inside is not the most accessible. It was incredibly heavy and wasn’t the easiest to maneuver. Perhaps, I’ll opt for delivery the next time I order. Regardless, Golden House is such a great local spot!

absolutely love this restaurant. it’s my go-to for chinese takeout. we always get their general tso’s chicken which is incredible. DELISH.

Fast delivery, hot/tasty food and delicious egg rolls!!

I could give him a zero and give me zero over an hour late ice cold chicken wings dried out shrimp rolls petrified fried rice sucks. And drops it was OK. Some of the worst service in Chinese food have ever had in my life
