You need to hire more service people

Nice little diner. Had a great burger, generous portion, and well cooked without being dry. Homemade onion rings were crispy and delicious. Service was very good.

Flies all over Windows and place has a smell

There Thursday evening. Waitress complaining because she had 2 parties. Rude when asked questions about food. Drink orders not correct. 1 gentlemen did not get his meal. Had to ask for it again. I ordered baked steak. I am not sure what I got. Did not look like any bake steak I had ever seen before. Mashed potatoes were cold. The only good thing in that meal was the side salad. The other waitress that was helping was helpful and polite. This was in Williamstown. Don't see myself going back there.

We go here once a month, tried something different yesterday, chicken pamesan, thought is was weird that the chicken was 2 tenders with the pamesan melted with the spaghetti, it tasted good none the less. That's why it's Country Kitchen not Italian Restaurant, service was great as always, we will be back in a couple of weeks

My family and I went to eat lunch and it wasn't busy but our waitress was complaining about how she was the only person working because her boss couldn't get people to work and she only gets paid $4 an hour. As we waited for our food she was complaining and cussing the whole time. When our food came mine was cold and had a hair in it. When I said something about it she picked it up and took it to the kitchen and I heard the cook say "Bullsh*t she just wants free food", when the waitress came back I told her I didn't want anything else and I wasn't lying and she believed me and then proceeded to say the hair was hers' and he used the wrong turkey meat anyways (I got open faced turkey). As my family was eating their food she continued to complain, yell, cuss, and throwing dishes into a bustub. She kindly took off my meal but it was still expensive for the food we got and the quality of food. We won't be going back

Good food, good staff, made for a good experience, especially since I walked in right before closing and still got impeccable service.
