they charge everyone a 20% gratuity, and then ask you if you’d like to tip even more on top of that. (we were a party of 2) & they don’t mention this anywhere on their menu. weird and sneaky, luckily we had a good server but if we hadn’t i’d be angry. iffy on coming here again, now. bad practice. if you are gonna include a 20% tip on everyone’s check, just include it in the price of the food. it makes no sense. trying to sneakily pay their server’s wages by forcing diners to pay 20% of every price they see on the menu without telling them. change your menu prices if you want them to include the 20% you use to pay wages. no wonder the restaurant is empty all the time now. used to come 1-2 times a month. lost a valuable customer. good job!

日本人の私が日本食レストランを選ぶ時、値段が少し高くても美味しいお寿司を食べたいと思い、google 検索をしてこちらを見つけました。ディナーで訪れ、テーブル席を選びましたが、カウンターにすれば良かったと後悔しています。私たちはTipsも入れて、合計約200ドルお支払いしましたが、サービスはかなり不愉快なものでした。ウェイトレスの女性は急かすように他に注文がないか何度も聞きにきて、食べ終わらないうちに片付け担当の男性がお皿を下げようとしたり、安くて早い食堂なら回転率を上げる必要があるので、理解できますが、そこそこの値段のレストランであるのに、ゆっくり食事を楽しめないのは、納得いきません。全然リラックス出来ませんでした。 カウンターだったら、笑顔で気持ちの良い接客が期待できたのかもしれません。 全然良いサービスを受けたと思っていないのに、Tipsが強制的に20%払うシステムも不快でした。お寿司はとてもフレッシュで美味しかったです。

We had the best service I’ve ever had in Miami! Fish was fresh, food was carefully prepared and delicious. Was impressed with the entire experience and really enjoyed the new decor as well. Will make this a stable on my trips to this city. Thank you!
