TOM N TOMS COFFEE

I first heard about the Tom n Toms location in Dallas about a year ago and was excited about the location they chose! This coffee shop has a lot of room for seating... whether: in booths lined-up from the entrance to the back of the shop, very nice long wooden tabletop tables for larger seating, counter-top seating along the windows to a patio-deck decked out with seating arrangements! I started coming in this February and also March now and love the chocolate briolles! I think I've kept it simple with my orders: americano coffee black, desserts: cheesecake, parfaits, pastries and bagels... My fourth grader says the brownies are his favorite :) The reason for this review is the staff... The customer service from the baristas here caught my attention from the very first time coming in until now, they really made me feel taken care of. Beginning with the morning crew to the evening crew: so professional, kind-hearted (courteous), upbeat, lovely and hardworking. Great team here! I give Tom n Toms a comfortable, welcoming, delicious and spacious five (5) stars!

I normally get a simple americano or flavored latte (less sweet), so Tom N Tom’s drinks have worked for me. I don’t really go here for food, but I like how they carry small pick-me-ups. I tried their tortilla pizza, which was a good enough snack during my study/work session here. I love the large windows, high ceilings, and big tables—the wood interior all around is another plus for me as it makes the space feel more welcoming.

I ordered a latte which was delicious and the service and atmosphere was really too good ,music and ambience and the barista (pr**a) gave me a positive vibe with her beautiful smile ❤️ I’d love to come back again

"Sorry, we don't accept cash" Then their system proceeds to malfunction. I was waiting near 30 minutes before I gave up. She never got the thing fixed. Dont feel sorry, thats what I get for supporting a business that would work towards moving us closer to a cashless society. Are you really willing to let your money be turned into a digit entrusted to be kept track of by these machines? Trust me, it's better to just spend the extra 15 minutes and drive up the street to the next Tom n Tom's.

Space is great. The pastry selection have improved a lot, but the music in the back has definitely worsened: in the past they only had K-pop, and now they have very bad Mexican music "norteña" o "banda". It is awful.

Do not come to this coffee shop. I used to love Tom n Toms and was a frequent customer. I visited the coffee shop today and the manager Rachel changed the Wi-Fi password and requested the sign with Wi-Fi be taken down. As a loyal customer who has spent hundreds of dollars here I will not be coming to the coffee shop again. I plan on passing this information along to others who I spoke highly of this establishment too.

Mixed Feelings. Great Coffee shop from an ambience and aesthetic perspective, but not very welcoming. It's always empty which is great for work/study sessions. Recently they removed the free wifi and said the password is on the receipt post purchase. I understand the strategy, but pushed me away more than anything. If it was constantly over-capacity, I could understand but its not lol. All in all. Solid place but doubt I'll be back after no more Free Wifi.

Please train your front desk staff some customer service. This is ridiculous, she will have to pay me to come back here again. Coffee is decent, service ridiculously bad.

I go to Tom n Tom's pretty often for my dose of coffee. I rarely order food, so I decided to try the Tom n Dog pretzel this time. Was super disappointed on the size. I paid $7.25 for this? It wasn't even a full hotdog inside. It was like 1/4 of a hot dog. I got waaay better and bigger hot dog pretzel at Auntie Ann's for a cheaper price...
