"Either buy something and become a customer or leave." Those are the words we were told when we barely sat in the cafe for 5 minutes. It wasn't said kindly either. The place is not very welcoming. I understand that the management would like for people to buy things instead of sitting around to stay inside- they are after all a business. I found it a problem however that the cashier ominously stares at us while I walk in, sit down, then sends someone off who tells us in a rather rude manner to buy something or leave. It's not even the buying part that gets me, its the rudeness and unwelcomed aura that is received when they tell you these things. I would of brushed it off had it been said in a nicer manner, as it is understandable and I mean no bad intention. It is unfortunate that the approach of these individuals ruined the experience of the cafe over something that easily could've been avoided or addressed in a nicer manner. It discouraged me from buying anything. I wouldn't reccomend this place. Go to a Paris Baguette, Seven Brews, or anywhere else but here.

no free wi-fi. got marinera sauce for my mozzarella sticks with mold in it. terrible place to do work, as there are no outlets besides maybe one.

The food here just incredibly average. Maybe we got the wrong things. I got a club sandwich which comes with some lays chips/the equivalent, mini dogs, and mozzarella sticks. Nothing made me feel like I enjoyed that meal but it was not anything near disgusting. Might return to try the dessert stuffs maybe they're better. I didn't notice the sewage smell at all until I walked past the bathroom which sucked. So don't walk anywhere near the left side of the place.

Atmosphere was nice, but a little too loud and distracting for studying productively. Service was a little slow and drinks were okay. Overall, fun place to hang out for friends!

The service really bad, no WIFI even though they give us the password. My daughter wants to order the waffle with strawberry same like the picture, but the cashier said we don’t have it now Overall only the atmosphere the one that ok, nothing else, service and food really meeeeh

The vanilla latte and most drinks here are good but a little pricey for how small the serving sizes are. The staff here are ok but there’s condescending handwritten signs all over the walls which really make this place seem like you have to buy something or you’re not welcome (even if you do buy something, the employees treat you coldly). They use a loud speaker to announce drinks being ready and it makes it hard to study or have a conversation. This location is huge and has second floor seating. Overall though, if you want a quick coffee and to sit for a bit, this place has some potential!

Horrible experience and service . Was left unnoticed and unattended to for over 35 min. Could have been an awesome experience but service really just horrible. Trust me if you in the area this is definitely the place not to got to. Anyone on this review need additional proof of horrible service please comment under this post for email.
