Tokyo Grill

We ordered Friday, called in and the lady said hello, not Hello This is Tokyo Grille how can I help you, just hello, my husband asks if this was the location she said yes go ahead. At that point we knew better. Drove 25min for it!! We got 2 hibachi chicken and steak, 1 kids meal and an order of sushi. First off I use to love this place!! Hands down best fast food hibachi. Not anymore. First off the steak, didn’t ask me the temp I wanted. And it came in bite sized pieces like kibble n bits! Tough. Not a grill mark in sight like light brown. It reminded me off skirt steak . Chicken was dry no sauce or juices like prior experiences. The veggies weren’t veggies it was only THICK SLICES OF ONION!! & a few zucchini shreds. Very few! Everything lacked season & quality. We reheated today & i just spit it out because nope can’t do it, made me . Very very unpleasant experience & we broke our diet for this ; highly disappointing.

Left because the cashier is rude.. I’ll starve before I give them my money..

I used to love eating here. Their food is awesome!! Covid made them close the dining area, and it’s STILL CLOSED!!! I would love to go there and eat again, if they would reopen the dining area!!

I went in to place a large order for my staff and the staff tried to explain to me that I could not get the eggs that come in the fried rice on the side because they didn’t have the containers to put the eggs in. But then had no issue in telling me that I could order a side of fried eggs since some staff did want eggs in their fried rice. If you don’t have containers to put my eggs on the side, how then can I order a side of eggs?! That makes zero sense, especially when I am placing a large order. I really feel like they either did not fully understand me or just wanted to be difficult. I am so annoyed. Dietary restrictions: This place is not dietary restriction friendly because they want to charge to extra for items that already come with the meal. I ordered 4 trays of food. You can definitely then fry those eggs separated and put them in another container.

I order two steak fried rice. There were several pieces of hair in both containers. I love this place. But I will never eat there again

OMG, if tis place ever go out of business.My nephew would probably not come home from college.I told him, you need to have stock invested.
