Had a family meal last week food was beautiful lovely surroundings my only gripe was I bought a Guinness and a bottle of coke but barman refused to take my money saying it was irish money which was incorrect as it was a northern irish bank of ireland 20 pound with sterling wrote on the front which is legal tender but he was adamant he was not taking it also will not take scottish money or 50 pound notes spoke with the manager and he said it was because of fakes even though I'm sure they have scanning machines
Considering the refurbishment , it looks good . Arrived for breakfast not very good hash brown stuck to serving tray sauces in white bowls no tea bags no spoon or small plates for toast . Bread in large container only white no brown no rolls cups/mugs given at bar when you pay and tell them if you want tea or coffee no sign of orange juice need of improvement probably try again maybe a off day
Excellent meal and service thank you
Popped in with my daughter for a breakfast buffet. It's well worth the money in my opinion, plenty on offer and was seriously full up for the day.
We had a carvery it was fresh and tasty, staff are very friendly
Was offered our table in a quieter area which was great. The carvery was as good as ever, plenty of choice of veg, but nearly out of gravy. Drinks were delivered while we were at the food counter. Puddings there was plenty of choice too
