great boba in a cute area by the beach! we got the brown sugar milk tea and the hojicha milk tea and they were both incredible! the hojicha milk tea is worth the wait and the area is perfect to check out the local shops while waiting! Dietary restrictions: they have multiple dairy free options as well as fresh fruit teas

Really good boba milk tea, with perfectly chewy boba, and very reasonably priced. This may be one of my favorite spots in the Outer Sunset for boba.

One of my favorite Boba shops in the Sunset district. All their drinks are flavorful without being too sweet. Their boba is always spot on in terms of texture and the most important thing about TJ is their consistency quality.
