These donuts and pastries are heavenly. They're the best and it's all reasonably priced. I've loved these mom and pop donut shops since I was little buy Tim's is tops. The down side is that the line starts around 6 a.m. and moves very slow. Today it was in the rain. The point of selection and sale is small and slow and that's the way they it. Terrific food but prepare to wait in line for quite a while.

Donuts are amazing! But the customer service is terrible. I went last week to buy donuts for the first time I ordered 4 yeast and 2 twists I was shocked that it was $18.11. The guy that took my order was very nice and you can tell he liked his job the women on the cashier looked like she hated what she was doing and over charged me. I didn’t question at the time because they were really busy. I did try calling and left message but never received a call back. So I went back to see if that price was correct. When I went back I was sad to see how poor there customer service was. The clerk that assisted me when I asked her how much 6 doughnuts cost she said she didn’t know and pointed at the menu. I was over charged come to find out. There was no sorry for the inconvenience, no nothing just attitude like I was the problem.

Easily the best donuts in Indy... Food quality - Get them before they run out!!! Service - Always awesome! Atmosphere - Great spot! Love the quick get in and out!
