Timbers Log Cabin Restaurant

Ate at this restaurant in May 2017 when we visited Smoky Mountains. Loved the food. Met an older lady who was probably 80+, who I think was an owner of the restaurant. Very nice and friendly. She had a ribbon-tie made of the US flag colors. How is she doing? I took a picture with her, if it is okay, I can post here.

Well worth it

Excellent choice for breakfast! The eggs and bacon were cooked perfectly. And the grits were the BEST I’ve EVER eaten! The hospitality was welcoming, including the old country music that played! We definitely will choose this place again on our next trip!

I wish I could express more how amazing this place is. I had to write this review before I finished my food... it's that amazing. Everyone was so sweet and welcoming; the wait was not long at all. All the food is homemade and made with so much love... it felt like home. Definitely the BEST place I've ever been too!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Must try: creme brulee French toast

I can't speak more highly of this wonderful little place. As soon as you walk in, the smell of the food makes your mouth water and the people greet you like your family stopping in for visit. We stopped for breakfast and had biscuits and gravy with eggs and the best bacon I have ever had in my life! As we're checking out the menu, "Livin on Love" started playing, and we couldn't help but sing along with the cook (and the radio) This place is a treasure! Parking: There's a paved lot in front, but a gravel one to the side so no issues.

This place is so cozy and so welcoming! They have little papers for the kids to draw and later be put on the wall. The food was incredible!!! I’m not sure what they use but it was delicious! Can’t say I’ve ever had food taste that great at a breakfast place! We also have such a wonderful lady greet us and serve us! She was so sweet.. my little girls loved her! Highly recommend!

Food, service and atmosphere were fantastic!! I had "The Doors" burger with a fried egg and it was delicious!! Hightly recommended this place!!

Honestly this was the best breakfast I have ever had. The service was great, the food was AMAZING, and the live entertainment (the chef singing to the radio) was fantastic! 5/5 stars all around!

So glad we found this gem , breakfast was so good!
