If the metro grocery store was not closed due to its striking employees, we would not have gone to this racist grocery. Prior to us using the self checkout there was another Asian lady trying to get a refund or exchange, not sure what the issue was but she was shut down. So we thought it was line up at each designated counter, but their system was different. So we opted for the self checkout. While helping the small kid to put in the basket they used. The old cashier being racist screamed at me and my wife telling us not to block her aisle. But what she didn’t realize and being ignorant was that I was helping the kid. She gave as this condescending racist look as if we don’t belong there. If metro was not in strike we would have gone there, at least we won’t be judged by our skin colour. Don’t shop here if you’re not Caucasian as they would give you a different treatment.
My favourite NoFrills hands down. I learned today that Sue is no longer here. To bad, were gonna miss ya.
I always find what I'm looking for, and more.
Godawful customer service. I've been going to this store for years and have spent thousands of dollars there. I dared to return one carton of eggs that we couldn't use (we found blood in one of them). I asked to speak to a manager - who is usually offsite, as I learned. This was the response: "What do you want us to do about this?" They were ridiculously aggrieved about what would be an unexceptional request anywhere else - returning a defective product. Since no one at this location apparently understands how to respond to a customer, let me model it for them: "May I help you, sir?" "Oh, I'm so sorry, sir, would you like to exchange this product for another one?" You're welcome.
Un poco desordenado, pero los productos son buenos
It’s fine. Self checkout needs an employee to approve which makes the wait annoying
