Tim Hortons

This is the most convenient location for me to visit since moving into the area, and the staff are consistently the best I've ever met at a downtown location. Lots of stores get one or two kickass stars on the roster, but this team is stacked and they work well to develop newer people. As a company, Tim Horton's is best when the coffee and food is basically the same at each location as far as quality and prep standards go with very little variance, which means it's ultimately the effectiveness and friendliness of the staff and cleanliness of the store that drives the success of a location, as is the case with this spot. They're great at handling occasionally challenging guests in the area, and know how to build rapport with their regulars. Additionally, the franchise owner seems engaged in the maintenance and improvement of the location year-round, and always seems to have a very respectful and constructive standing with the team, which too often in hospitality can be a rare occurrence, driving solid staff out the door. Well done gang.

Staff was racist and didn’t accept. 50$ bill and called it fake. I entered the store at 10:03 and was mistreated the guy held up the 50$ bill than looked at me and down and than called it fake I’m heading to a nearby bank to go confirms its a real bill. Went and bill was confirmed real at the other tim hortons and was served will posst a video of experience shortly

Worst Tim Hortons in the city please go to any other location especially in the morning

I've been coming to this Tim Horton's regularly, and have been a loyal customer. Earlier I have left a 5-Star Review, but I'm going have to amend it to a 3-Star Review due to lower quality services I've noticed over time. When orders are taken, your staff don't seem to be as attentive, and act dismissive when someone is waiting in line. I had placed an order first (coffee and donut), but someone else waiting behind me got their order first (coffee and donut). Orders should be served in sequence, if your staff understand any logic.
