This is best Tim Hortons I’ve been to in the city. Food in the display always looks fresh, the staff are all amazing, and the service is always quick! Been coming here consistently for over 2 years now and never had any issues, it’s always been a positive experience! shout-out to the manager and her team for their care and attention.

I’ve ordered a french vanilla and the payment method was scan and pay from the timms app , when I scanned it , the worker said it didn’t go through, so he told me to scan it again so they charged me twice! I told the worker and he said that the bank will refund me but they did not , also he said if they did charge me twice to come back again and they will give me the same order for free , but when i did he was asking me to call my bank and refused to give me the order before doing that when I already showed him my bank statement ! Thats a RIPOFF not recommended at all

No stars not even a one, rude staff , only certain people are allowed to use the washroom, tim hortons should not be judging people by the way people dress, this seems to be a norm with tim hortons, this is the second time in a week, maybe legal action needs to be taken so things can start to change absolutely ridiculous

The atmosphere here isn't great, a lot of beggars, overall uncomfortable. Asked if they had hash browns as it was mid day, the guy pulled out a full tray, then asked a coworker who said no. Not sure what that was about? Line up can get long, sometimes only 1 cashier.
