I think they need more staff in morning rush hour only 3 people no good but very friendly

When I visited your store, for some reason your staff didn't want to serve me. They weren't prompt or welcoming. They lingered around while I was standing in line, mind you I was the only person waiting. Both staff members were idling and the other worker went to the back. I thought the customer comes first, this isn't a self-serve. After being alienated, I was finally served. My conclusion is if your company/location DOES NOT ACCEPT ME , for whatever reason, MAKE IT PUBLIC AND PUT A SIGN ON THE DOOR. I am so disgusted by this experience, for some who was loyal customer and regularly supports the company. I'll take my money to Starbucks.

I got the best ice cap here. The staff was also very nice especially Simarjeet Singh. He’s so professional and greet customers so nicely . Thanku simar for amazing coffee..:)

Very fast very friendly staff

So today wed Feb 21 1pm I ordered a sausage bagel belt, the girl making it seems sweet she was Kiki’ing how it should be called an SLT instead. She’s nice but you gotta tell her to focus because she put no cheese or egg and added a metric ton of mayo (idk if that’s usually on there but the portions were way off) girl I work a minimum wage job like you and that things like $9 at this point so we both know that’s too many minutes you have to work to make that back the money on this one bad sandwich.

Very clean and friendly staff. Quick service and fresh items from the coffee to donuts.

On 2nd/03/2024, I ordered BBQ crispy chicken bowl and a steep tea it was around 3:30pm. I was so hungry after working for 8 hours but After eating half of my bowl I found a small curly hair on the lettuce, I felt like vomiting and I immediately showed so that next time they won’t waste my money and time . They did make a new bowl for me but I loss my appetite at that time . So I checked later they have given me a bowl of rice and lettuce only … I thought if you want to eat something from Tim Horton, then eat at your risk !! These people are not working properly …. Very poor hygiene and not well trained .. this is not my 1 st time it’s my 2nd time experiencing unhygienic food .
