Tim Hortons

I just came in here this morning and ordered 40 timbits and a box of coffee. Instead of putting the timbits into one box, they put it into 3 boxes which is fine. I wasn't able to carry all of the items to my car so I asked the lady at the front putting together Uber eats orders if I can have a bag. She replied and said they didn't have bags even though I literally see her bagging orders for take out. I told her that she has a bag right in front of her so she bends down behind the counter and took out a bag, and went to her manager to ask if I can take a bag. Her manager then tells me its 25 cents. 1. Why is the lady telling me that there is no bags when shes putting together take out orders and using a paper bag? 2. If they would have put the timbits in 1 box instead of wasting 3 boxes, why am I needing to pay 25 cents for a bag. Very unprofessional and disappointed in the service that was provided to me today.

Very bad experience. There are bunch of Indian staffs working there, giving what hasn’t been asked. Not paying attention for what asking. They just concentrate on finishing the transaction and operating their mobile phones and chit chatting with their co workers in their language. Very disappointed.

Dianne, who works at this location in the morning is an absolute gem. She always has the best attitude and is super friendly.

Barely had been 10 mins exiting drive thru, had ordered a bran muffin extra heated and three butter, along with a coffee. Much to my chagrin the attendant at the window hands me a cold muffin! Told her I asked for an extra heated one and she snatches the bag from my hand abruptly!! If the above wasn't enough, gives me back the bag with muffin and minus the extras I had requested. When I told her there was no knife or the butter, she exploded voiceforously: " you should tell us that "! Told her I come through every day and I did mention over the speaker. This did not sit well with her, facial expression was beyond rude and slams shut the window on me! If this was not enough, found muffin barely warm and let alone being extra heated! Since I was in a haste, I had no choice but to eat it as is!! I have seen this attendant on multiple occasions and not once pleasant, while most of the staff are quite courteous! Tim's HR, please don't tell me to call your report line and waste my time! It's worker's like her who are only in for the paycheck, should be reprimanded. There are hundreds of people looking for work and would do a much better job! What a disgusting experience and no wonder review ratings is pathetic!

This place was filthy dirty when my roommates came here today I asked I asked 3 times for the tables to be cleaned and the place was filthy dirty and people were eating at them when it wasn't their mess I wonder why people are sick and my roommate was having troubles getting out of a place because he usually likes to sit somewhere where he's able to get up because he's usually in a lot of pain and he hadn't accident because he was trying to get out of the table because it was hard for him that he likes the booth sometimes cause he finds it easier to get up and he didn't have that choice they cause it could have been prevented had the tables of been cleaned and he twisted his ankle And that could have been prevented had he been in a booth and had your guys doing janitorial properly I talked to the guy at the the janitorial station when he was cleaning the garbage and it was quite rude to me I told him that the tables needed to be cleaned and he said oh we'll get to it in a rude voice and then he went back in there after doing it and never got to cleaning the tables then I asked over half an hour ago after that and the tables were not cleaned and by the time we left my roommate rob had told them to do it and they were even getting upset well you know you what you wonder why everyone now is getting sick well why do you think do you really think that people that are your customers coming to eat or drink wanna go and sit in someone else's filthy mess to get germs and get sick or do you want to clean your tables and be more responsible because if this is gonna keep happen I'm sure my roommates don't really want to come to your Timhortons anymore in surrey anymore if we do come out there so I think there needs some major changes around the surrey timhortons across from the hospital All I'm asking is please make some changes and keep your timhortons clean so everyone can enjoy it

Far from decent quality

6pm and they have no food. I mean they only sell donut and muffin and even that, they don't have.
