We just ordered with my daughter in the drive through. The first mistake was it took too long just to punch in our orders. The next mistake was we were waiting in the parking lot for so long for our order and the woman on duty is very rude.

11:00 pm my dad and I came back here because our first time was a great experience. The crew on out FIRST TIME was great very respectful and very kind. Tonight it was ruined by this woman. She didn’t hear very clearly our orders and she didn’t give specific intructions whether or not to wait by the window or wait by the parking lot. I had to go in to take our orders it’s no big deal. But the fact that she said “Why did you drive away?” Instead of apologizing to me was very rude. I will tell my friends to never go back here. So rude and disrespectful

Staff is so rude , seems like no one taught them what does customer service mean, i waited for 10 minutes in Drive thru and still got the worst service ever , girl named kiran was on window and she doesn’t even know how to greet customers, ridiculous service ever .

Raman drive through this afternoon was girl roll her eyes at us when we requested that can you please at one muffin so we make it combo. Rude and weird. Bad customer service.

I had order for you food online and when I arrived there food wasn’t ready even after 15mins of waiting. Even for first 10mins no one there to help

The service is bad. Ask for sugar-free coffee. They put sugar in it. If the person is diabetic, what should he do?
