Worst Tim Hortons in Surrey, im a regular customer here but not once in three years I have seen their staff talking properly with either customers or their colleagues and they end up venting their frustration on customers. Apart from this most of the time they have served wrong order, i guess the reason is clear that they are always frustrated.I will never recommend them ever.

Slowest Tim's in the Lower Mainland. I was 2nd in the drive through lane and waited 10 minutes just to get to the order machine. It took another 7 min for someone to respond than when I finally drove up, it took them 5 min to make a bagel and an Ice Capp. Wouldn't recommend coming here ever if you have somewhere to be

I'm not happy the services here so bad. Took so long almost 10minutes for waiting to get food and drink eventhough no line up.

The black coffee is so hot! * It taste like paper the inside of the cup is white paper lining, and and I am sure has plenty of dioxins from bleaching the paper with chlorine.
