Ordered a grilled cheese and they basically just gave it to me uncooked everything was cold and barely melted

The coffee taste differently compared to Tim’s around the place taste like not original.

I live really close to this location and honestly never going here again. Their customer service is by far the worst. They never have espresso, and for a coffee shop it's pretty ridiculous.

Typical Tims. The drive thru was packed in the morning, I was in the line-up for about 10 minutes, I'm not sure if this was typical or just unluck timing on my part, also unsure if it would have been faster to walk in. My order was as expected (dark roast coffee and sausage and egg sammy with hashbrown) My hashbrown wasn't great, a bit soggy, the sandwich and coffee were OK.

I was at drive thru. It was about 3:30 pm and I was glad to see that the Decaf coffee was fresh and I didn't have to wait . The donuts I ordered were tasty.

Worst Tim Hortons in BC. Terrible availability, terrible customer service. Will never go back here.

This place should be out of business. Not only have we gotten food poisoning before, but today we watched employees prepare food without gloves on. They also dropped the food on the floor and continued to serve it. As well, we waited 15 minutes with no line before being asked what we want to order while one of the other employees was restocking the completely empty shelves. This was the worst experience i have ever had in any sort of food service industry or customer service. I feel as if every employee either doesn’t care or is just incompetent. i’ve never written any sort of review before as it is not my style, yet this overall experience seemed like i should share to warn anyone planning on entering this tim hortons.
