Tim Hortons

Normally this is my favorite location. Today I was in line for over 20 minutes because they made my sandwich incorrectly 3 times. Handed me the wrong size drinks. I literally just ordered the turkey croissant without lettuce/tomato. Super simple. They handed it back the same way twice, it was rang in correctly. The third time they had flipped most of the lettuce&tomato off. Lazy. The older lady making it was snide and rude about it. I tried to hand her the sandwich back and wanted a refund, another 5 minutes and she didn’t fully refund it. Morning staff is great… that lady was a mess. Pretty sure she is on drugs.

People there were treating us as if we were invisible. Not only did they not service us because of the line outside, but they were rude. Rude behavior and bad language amongst each other. At this one, poor customer service and stale donuts. I wouldn't go back. Unprofessional.

I ordered two combo breakfast meals. The hash browns were rock hard it might be the reason they gave me four instead of two.... They tasted like they've been sitting there for a week... I tried to eat my breakfast sandwich and it was full of egg shells... So obviously a total waste of my money... What a rip off...

i’d leave 0 stars if i could. the vibe in this place is so unwelcoming. the employees were beyond rude. the menu needs to be updated, i tried ordering a seasonal coffee only to be rudely shot down bc it’s no longer in stores. the cleanliness was lacking. the coffee is some of the worst i’ve ever had. i’m never been so rudely spoken to by every single employee at a business before. first experience at tim horton’s and will not be going for a second.

This Tim Hortons location is the absolute best. Very clean , fair price, and fast service. The two employees who helped me yesterday were very polite , helpful , and my coffee was served fresh and hot. If you’re in a rush this location has a drive thru. The interior of the building is very aesthetically pleasing. Will definitely be back to this location when passing through Springfield. The bagels and sandwiches are also available as well!
