This used to be my favourite Tims but today they lost me. I drove for 3 hours with my toddlers and just wanted to warm up baby food for 30 secs in microwave.. the supervisor dined it.. I spent roughly $10 and requested hard so my child can eat. She just got one line to say OH SORRY WE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO. My visit was at April 05 around 8.20 PM… I will never come here again… Tims owners need to take some strict action against such employees…
Drive through as I usually do… had the most fantastic experience.. although they were originally out of the item I had ordered, which I understand was popular this weekend, they ended up finding and making a last minute mini egg donut that just came up. I understand baking doesn’t always happen like that, but the 2 employees helping were incredibly friendly and I lucked out with a fresh batch. Even if I didn’t get my favourite donut, I would be impressed with their confidence and professionalism.
Went through drive thru and got 2 vanilla iced coffee, which were fine, got a almond latte no espresso with caramel shot. Since I don't drink any coffee it was disappointing to get espresso in it.
Waited...and waited...and observed a spider spin a whole web on their dusty fake plant....or that's what it felt like...as the line built up behind me. I waited about 8 minutes to be served. They were clearly understaffed but focusing on the drive through only. When I got my bacon belt it was acceptable though hastily thrown together such that had to be readjusted and compressed to make sure it stayed together and the London fog was hot and creamy but way too sweet. Not the workers fault they were struggling to re load the coffee machines and cook food and serve so many people, they did their best and weren't rude and looked confused when asking if I'd been helped and said no. Management/owner clearly doesn't know how to schedule, shouldn't have a franchise ,as this was noon and a peak time. This location is always poorly run but I feel the need to leave one of my infamous sassy reviews as this visit took the cake...ermm donut and that wait was a bit long in the sweet tooth to even be worth their saccharine sellout diabetic inducing desserts.
