Store manager on duty allows old food to be handed out drive thru window. Hashbrown was reheated at least 3 times. It was like a grease brick. Absolutely disgusting. The place has become a place to avoid since Dee and Dominique no longer work here.

the ladies here are so nice when I asked to have some coffee added to my drink cause it was way too sweet for me, they insisted on redoing it completely for me and fractoning the sweeteners. amazing staff! its so nice to see people passionate about working here!

Never get the order right. Employees do not know their own menu. Slow. Cold food. My strawberry drink is terrible. And we weee overcharged and the employee did nothing to try to remedy.

THIS PLACE IS THE WORST TIM HORTONS IN THE STATE OF MICHIGAN!! Worst food and coffee ever and they are so incredibly slow!

We stopped on our way to a basketball tournament so we could not return. The food was cold the hashbrowns were old and rubbery none of us could even finish the food. Horrible experience

Never have enough people to run the place. Long wait times sometimes. They run outta stuff alot too.
