Tim Hortons

Why can't this tim Hortons get orders correct? I hate this location!!! I will travel over 20 minutes put of my way just to get a good tim Hortons coffee just to avoid this location and the frankenmuth location

The service was so slow here. One person filling orders why everybody stands around. It seemed like everyone here was on marijuana. Slow motion. Wheelchair accessibility: You can get in the store with wheelchair.

Everytime I go to the michigan location service is slow. Today was the worst I went to the drive through was told to pull forward and waited almost 20 minutes for an iced latte just for it to be a hot latte . I Did not have time to argue. Will not be back to this locations. Would give a zero if I could.

Mostly go for coffee.. sometimes breakfast sandwiches. Never disappointed.

Staff is so rude. I mean I greeted them and said “ have a good day” and the lady shut the window and eye rolled. Weird

Bee, Demarcus and Kenya are the perfect team! They all have good customer service. I will always return here!
