Tim Hortons

Shall I say more? What a waste of $6 dollars. Food quality and proportions have gone so significantly down it’s insane.

Ive recently moved to saginaw, being sick of the country, and I've always loved Timmy's. But every time I've been to this one, its been just horrible experiences. Rude customer service, wrong orders, snarky remarks. Definitely not how a business should be running. After getting my usual vanilla creme donut today and biting into a dry biscuit, I decided to leave a review. I know it won't matter, but if a higher up at the Tim Hortons on tittabawassee sees this, the place and people need some work, bud.

Last time we came our order was wrong. This time I got an un-toasted bagel with some cream cheese on half. Definitely not coming back.

Although Tim wasn't there when I went in, I still got my coffee & dozen donuts. It would have been pretty cool to see the old skater but I'm sure he's up in Canada opening yet another donuts store. Donuts were really good.

I love the coffee. Update: Thanks for the breakfast sandwich I had at noon! The clown quit selling after breakfast. You had my highest rating of four, you have earned the extra star only few have 5☆ on my reviews. Good Job

If you want to feel like you are the inconvenience just place an order in the drive thru. Order takers always sound annoyed that you even showed up to order and are super annoyed by anything you ask and it shows when you are handed a half filled coffee. Who is making these terrible coffees? Never made even remotely close and today was my last straw with the coffee filled to the middle of the cup. So unfortunate that no one there cares and I can see they are not even trying or care Never returning

This place is the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. They can’t get a drink order right to start. They give us biscuits instead of English muffins for sandwiches and when we go back to have them fix our food. our new sandwiches Come out tasting terrible and one has a hair in it? Like how can you fail three times in a row.

The last three times I have been to this location, my order has not been correct dispite having me pull to the front to wait for my order. The 1st time, I ordered a steak wrap and received chicken. The second time, I ordered a breakfast wrap with sausage and received bacon (both of these were disappointing, yet still ok) however, this morning, I order a breakfast wrap and the egg was missing. I just don't get it!
