Tim Hortons

Orders are always made correctly and quickly. Staff is very kind. Like most shops it is super busy in the morning but I don't hold that against any coffee shop during the morning hours.

Customer service training needed or new management to show how Tim’s work properly.

There's this guy in the afternoons every now and again who has an attitude like no other. When I came through the drive thru today the window was already opened and heard him cussing up a storm very loud while making my coffee. As I was driving off he was vaping right near the window as well. Not very professional.

Ever wonder why this store isn't very busy? Well, it is because this store is not like other Timmys. For instance, today I though I would give the another try. 15 minutes after they open "Sorry, we don't have any Timbits ready". Lol. Avoid this place. It has sucked for years. HEY OWNER/S....get in your store and see what's happening. Your store is mess. Go to the store in Heath if you want to see what a real Tim Hortons is like.

Went to the drive thru in pataskala,at 7:30 today.my order didn't come together, then it was wrong, when I said my meal would be cold before I got my drink the server told me to eat it in the drive thru line . the service. Was rude and insulting. The cursant was smashed down the hash browns were put down in the paper bag no slip or covering of any kind.asked for a receipt and was not given one never got my coffee all this went on right in front of the manger and she never said a word .this was my 1st visit there won't be a 2nd one.
