Made a moble order went in waited by counter, made my breakfast sandwich gave that right to me. Then when she made my coffee, she left it just out of my reach. Had to call her back to give me my coffee. Then when I started drink it, there was no sugar in the triple/triple.
I usually have a great experience at this location until today at 10:05am. I ordered a small ice cap and asked for two packs of hockey trading cards. The younger woman in the speaker drive thru responded rudely saying “no you can’t have them actually bc we have none left” as rude as humanly possible. Then I let them know nicely there was a sign up saying they had them. She yelled in the speaker “EXCUSE ME? What did you say?” When I came to the window, I asked if there was a problem because I didn’t quite understand why they were speaking to me in such a conflicting manner. Honestly I get having a bad day sometimes, But this type of customer service is absolutely shameful and the two young women who were at the window and on the drive thru speaker were absolutely horrible. Thank you for turning your bad day onto me. I would like to be contacted by a manager about this.
