The staff are consistently rude and unhelpful, leaves much to be desired for a Tim Hortons experience. The person taking our order at the drive thru interrupted us every. single. time. when we were ordering. Very annoying and discourteous.

Like moves so slowly you may actually croak waiting! 5 staff in a slow drive thru, one running front, one running around aimlessly, and a baker I guess? Edit: worst part is they got the drink wrong. Even after asking twice if it had the espresso, I could taste it missing.
