The people providing service here are selfish clowns. I had an Uber delivery order for pickup but the parking lot was completely full and the drive-thru was empty, so I pulled up to the drive-thru and asked if I can pick it up from the drive-thru because I couldn't park anywhere. The employee said the order was ready but asked the manager if he could give it to me but the manager decided to be a prick and said that I had to come in regardless. These people clearly don't respect drivers helping their business and are complete clowns.

Chronic problem of taking orders than making people wait till they've made several orders before they hand anything out. First person in line can wait as long as fifth person sometimes. Was first person in line and ordered one coffee and waited for the next four peoples coffee to be made before anyone handed out anything. This happens every day.

i went to this place today in the evening at drive thru and we ordered 2bagel and 2creamy chill drinks and 1 pastrie . i came home the the bagel was so hard that i can't even chew it. that was okay i would never write a record for that but when i had my drink their was plastic in my drink and it almost went to my throat i am so disappointed the worst service i ever had ....
