H.o.r.r.i.b.l.e! I was going through the drive thru at this location and was greeted poorly by drive thru representative. She rolled her eyes to the back of her head as I pulled out my rewards app. When I was going to pay with my phone, she smirked and went “tsk” with her mouth. This was fairly unreasonable as there were no one behind us and we did not take long to pull up a rewards app and to pay. I personally work in the retail industry and don’t wish this experience on anyone. This happened app. 8:45am on March 21st.
Overcrowded. No space at all to sit inside. No food only drinks. It was alright.
Why is it when I asked for chili they always want to call it soup. Chili's chili and soup is soup. Very slow.
This business is terrible I went for breakfast on march 24 2024 @7am and was told there is no bacon in the store for sandwiches. Absolutely furious I’m sick as a dog and was relying on this store to come through with good food. Now I have to go somewhere else I was told they are short staffed I understand that but it’s NO excuse to not have food ready for the busiest time of the day
The staff that is receiving order was literally mocking the customer and copying her accent and tone. The poor customer repeatedly said “Please don’t speak that way you are stressing me out”. The lady (customer) seems like she was already stressed out. 5 minutes after, the same staff had argued with a group of customers with their orders. This scene is quite concerning. Please review the CCTV on March 12 between approx 9:15 to around 9:30.

I often go to this Tim Hortons and they're actively out of doughnuts. I went tonight and was told their out of chicken. I ultimately left and didn't order anything.
