The service was so slow. There was a line up at the drive thru so went in. The servers were joking around by the window. My server was so slow. It took ten minutes to get 2 teas. I’ll never go back to the branch
employees talk to much between themselves instead of serving and can't seem to get order right
I was at drive throu, and got hit by potato vegie once the employee opened up the window. Looks like they play with vegies...... Unbelievable... Thank god it wasn't something big...
So I came here on Friday March 29th (Good Friday) I arrived at the location at 9:45pm exactly (15 minutes before closing) as I pull into the drive thru, pylons were put at both sections to order. I went around to go inside and all the doors were locked, with customers inside eating and chatting. I knocked on the door and the employees completely disregarded me. I went back around and saw that the car in front of me had taken the pylon away and went inside. They took his order and when I pulled up to the drive thru I asked why they had pylons and had locked the doors if they close at 10. The man who answered us kept his microphone on and all I heard in the background was the lady swearing at us. I again told them why everything was closed if they are open until 10 and they answered with “we are closed”. They take my order and I go to the window to pay. The girl comes up to the window ready to fight us, I ask her what time do you close, she replies with, “10pm”. I show her my phone and say do you see what time it is (it was 9:47pm at this time)? And she’s like we’re closed and the iced cap machine is broken. (Wonder why…. Maybe because you cleaned everything 15 minutes prior and don’t want to get it dirty again). She gave me a dirty face and I left. I really wonder how she was allowed to close Tim Hortons 15 minutes early with people still inside and her taking orders inside. I was very disappointed with the way I was treated and spoken to. This is very unfortunate and unacceptable. MANNERS.
They constantly run out donuts early in the day are under staffed and equipment broken
