Tim Hortons

It takes 10 minutes minimum to serve me, even when I am all alone in the line. This is every day rush hour. They prioritize drive thru cars so much, as if they're paying more than dine in customers. They need more employees. Only 3/4 work, all busy with the headsets and drive thru. Staff don't even have time to refill the napkin box, they're too overworked.

Nice and friendly

Well the Timmies at Jane and Alliance sometime my tea smells like urine and I throw it away .Manager is rude and cant even give you milk for hot chocolate.

Parking: Place is busy all the time but there is plenty of parking Kid-friendliness: This used to be a place I felt safe bringing my kids at night but lately there are some shady folks around. A lot of smoking and talk about gambling at least at night
