Had my winter coat stolen right in front of me as a grab and run yesterday in broad daylight while inside the store. Would advise taking your business somewhere else. Does not feel safe anymore.

Very disappointing and disgusting staff. No manners at all how to behave with customer even if the customer is asking in a polite manner. Never gonna come in this place.

Very convenient location. Unfortunately, the store is quite dirty. The light fixtures are covered in dirt and dust. The counters are covered in crumbs and dust. None of the staff are smiling and they don’t greet customers in a friendly manner. Seems like a very unhappy team of employees.

We went at this location before 10pm. There’s no more food to buy and even the toaster can’t be use. The lady said that it’s close. Some of the lights are off already. I asked for a steeped tea and I told the lady that I will wait for the fresh one, she brewed a new one however she combined it with the old. She didn’t dump old tea. I feel bad because the service here is getting worse. The lady didn’t even smile or thank me or say have a great night.

The staff were totally disinterested, I asked for a half decaf, half regular coffee. The decaf must have been an old pot cause it tasted "burnt", I asked for another cup after 1 sip and the lady at the counter wrinkled her nose like I was complaining. Then, instead of brewing a new pot, she poured the same pot and topped it off with hot water. Needless to say I was shocked and didn't feel like it was worth my time to continue complaining. I left but, I hope the store management recognizes how poor the service at this store is. Ill never go back to this location.

Jan 23, 2024: At 9:30 pm absolutely nothing in the display and no bagels. Might as well just close. Also, lamp shades and blinds are dusty and need vacuuming/cleaning. Associate was courteous and pleasant. Ran out of Smile cookies at 9 pm.
