Every second or third time they seem to mess up the coffee. I have stopped visiting this location.

I was yelled at through the intercom!! Terrible service!!

The drive through staff particularly the old blonde lady charges is a liar, she charged espresso foam without adding just a drop and no process, didn’t give my change but insisted she did, she is a liar and she has the audacity to get mad at us. Do not let these people dictate your drink when u are a regular at tim hortons. I know my espresso foam and lied about adding it when it is visible it’s not added.

Every time I go through drive through they screw up my order. I have to check before I leave and taste my coffee to make sure its not tea! The people at the drive thru are lousy at what they do. How hard is it to get a Double Double and a chocolate dip donut. I didn't order a sprinkles and tea.
