Tim Hortons

Ordered a bagel with cream cheese and there was practically no cream cheese. Maybe they ran out? Should have said something before I ordered it. There were only one or two of a few of the donuts and muffins. It was only 6:00 pm. Will not order a bagel to go at this place agai will need to check it out beforehand. Service very slow.

Unfortunately after many attempts this location continuously fails at preparing correct items, understanding the rewards system and the customer service is not welcoming which includes team leader or supervisors specifically in the morning hours. Tried 4 times and 4 times got a wrong drink or a wrong meal. Just sucks that they literally don’t care. Oh well I’m sure management won’t care either. I give up on tims nobody is perfect but they find a way to mess up my coffee half the time

I would give them a 0 if I could. The last week I have seen two employees wear no masks in the back room where they are prepping food. I finally said something this morning to them. I get it, the pandemic is annoying but your customer's safety should come 1st.
