It’s that “first thing in the morning, 1 eye closed the other squinting to keep out the light”, one stop shop to get that sweet sweet nectar of the gods, we call caffeine! Ahhhh coffee. WHAT DO WE WANT? COFFEE! WHEN DO WE WANT IT? I WILL CUT YOU! hahaha

I always ordered drive thru at this location. I mostly get the order wrong. I don't know where the attention of the staff was

Very poor service they forget to put together your order.

I order a chai tea latte. And got handed over chai tea without any milk or honey. No tea bag too. Worst place to get from. The girl who was taking the order i asked her cancel the BLT three times.

Disgusted with my experience - ordered a meal on DoorDash and it was cancelled when it was supposed to arrive by Tim Hortons because “they didn’t have the ingredients” for a grilled cheese sandwich - if you didn’t have the ingredients you should have cancelled it immediately rather than making someone wait. POOR EXPERIENCE

Honestly I don’t even know why I bother with this location anymore. How hard is it to read special instructions on Uber Eats orders? Because this is the third time I’ve ordered from here on that app and they always manage to ignore the special instructions and not give me what I ordered. Any time I ask for no sprinkle timbits, they make the majority of the box sprinkles. Anytime I ask for no bacon or extra sauce, it seems they like to do the opposite, extra bacon and no sauce. I don’t even ask for a double double anymore because they always seem to put 2 milk but 0 sugar. How could you possibly be so Incompetent at your job that a simple request like that just gets ignored? What’s the point of having special instructions if you just ignore them anyway? Don’t even get me started on the dining-in experience. It’s twice as bad and twice as frustrating because you can stand right there and not only will they ignore you, but when they finally get to you they’ll give you attitude because you had the audacity to come back because your order was wrong. Do better.
