Nice store. They are very friendly and quick. My coffee was made and waiting for me as I drove up to the take out window.

If you are wanting a coffee or something to eat in Northeast Edmonton, this is the one we come to. If they forgot something from your order which is rare, they happily correct it. They don't " try " to punish you by giving you 3/4 of the cup. The other locations could learn a thing or two from you!!!!!

I don’t know if it’s just me and I’m unlucky but it’s getting super annoying buying coffees and French Vanillas and they are filled like these pictures. I’m honestly tired of waiting to go through the drive through and then having to park and go in for them to fill it up… like how hard it is to fill it up to the recommend line? Also this isn’t the only location. Price is going up and I can’t get a full cup! French Vanillas have a foam that rise, let it sit or fill it and scape the foam off or something Like this review if this happens to you and thumbs it down if it doesn’t.

This Tim bits was supposed to be a 20 assorted pack... there are 2 types of Tim bits and definitely not 20. If there were only this amount and only 2 types, the new person at the window should have said as much instead of confirming it with me that I had wanted 20 assorted. Assorted to me does not mean only 2 kinds. Every single day this past week, there is always new staff at the window The only people who seem to ever get an order correct are the older ladies and the ladies' working nights!

Very dissatisfied with the service I get here, seems like every time I come it's always confusing for them when ordering (or maybe they are stressed and rushing?). I also got the app so I could save and use points, they never seem to know about the point system. If the company is going to offer points then please make it easier to deal with and educate your employees on it! I will not be going back to this location again!
